2 tests failed due to Emodpy-Malaria change: test_submit_sim_campaign and test_submit_sim_config #38

test_submit_sim_campaign and test_submit_sim_config failed in https://github.com/InstituteforDiseaseModeling/malaria-model_validation/pull/17/checks. We need to look into the errors and maybe update the files that we used to compare.
