Per README.markdown

Insubstantial is currently not releasing any more builds and is actively looking for a new maintainer. It could be you!

Your best bet is to either become the new maintainer or create a fork of this.

@disrvptor As nothing has been done for years. I would assume I can do better. However, I have no clue exactly what it means. Can you enlighten me? Why did you close (only) this PR?
