JBreadcrumbBar repaint bug #42

repaint bug in flamingo/peacock

Reproduce: select 2nd level arrow -> popup shows. if the popup width is bigger than the breadcrumbitem width, the popup is not redrawn properly.

My day job doesn't involve using the breadcrumb bar, so any patch for issues relating to the breadcrumb bar will need to come from the community.
