Response to a GetRecords operation doesn't return the first matched item.
The catalogue has been populated with 1 item which is targeted by the
current test. Response message notifies the successful match (attribute
numberOfRecordsMatched = 1) but no record is returned
(numberOfRecordsReturned = 0).
Setting the attribute startPosition = 0 let the matched item be
successfully returned by ebRR.
