Factor out calendar SQL #69

The difference is very small.

Between get_event_topics's main SQL query and get_recurring_events's main SQL query.

I got viewtopic.php from 44 SQL queries to 16. This could have it down to 15!

That is some serious cut back! That would be a relief on a server to say the least.
