redo docker integration #92

The current docker image we support is stuck on PHP7. I want to try https://phpdocker.io/ to get a PHP8+ docker and port IM151 to that version.

I would absolutely love to see forums make a come back. I am on Reddit constantly just to get a Forum type of feel. I hate Facebook so damn bad for what it has done to the net as a whole and how we interact with it. Social Media has it's place but I will take a good old fashioned forum any day of the week!

We know me really well, if you all can build it, I can sure the hell help try and break it in the testing phase! :-) Hope all is well on your end Ven. Long time no talk to. Mr Helter himself is hiding in t he shadows now a days as well like me. I hope he doing as well as can be too.
