Slight Blocks Error #1

I Went to open the default installed page 4 for the IMPortal manual and no center blocks. So I started disabling blocks on portal.php?page=4 and it also disabled them on portal.php! Oops!

I think I know where to go look. Right now I got my hands full with helping out over at Icy Pheonix as well as working on IntegraMod 1.5.0 it will be a bit before I can look in to this.

I went to default page number 4 and no center blocks were showing as I pointed out a year or two ago. Well, I got back on it today. So I noticed all blocks were showing but the center block. I noticed that the title bar was not localized so I set it to localize and low and behold, the center block came to life.

I have to try to figure that out.
