Block Types In Portal Config #7

When I try to create a new block, I do not have any options available in the drop down menu other than the option of -None-.

I verified my files and I do have all block files accounted for in the blocks folder as well as the templates/subSilver folder as well. Not sure why this is a thing but I will work on it as well.

Fixed by advice form @Vendethiel. I was working on another issue and it fixed this one as well. 2 birds, 1 stone.
