ic_qa() feature request - assign sequential QA numbers instead of random

Feedback request: How do we want make sure that they stay sequential if they are assigned, and then an additional QA is added between two of them?

• Perhaps either add letter after, or decimal?)
• Or start after the max, to show that it was added later?
