html5.vim version in repo out of date #10

The html5.vim version shipped in the provim repo is out of date which results in the error

Unknown function: htmlcomplete#DetectOmniFlavor

when opening Markdown files.

Installing the current version from https://github.com/othree/html5.vim solves the issue.
