Add tags/lines to highlight set alarms and their priority #114

We have discussed a new proposal to show alarms priority. This will fix issues where alarms cannot be distinguished easility if they are Set or cleared because they use the same colors for both cases. Such as Unknown and Maintenance.

This issue describes the broader issue mentioned in #105, which will be closed in favour of this issue
