Close ack sidenav when the page is reloaded

Currently, when the actions sidenav is open and the page is reloaded, the panel remains open but it does not load the Alarm info.

We should close the panel when the page is reloaded

This works for the shelve panel...

About this case, the sidebar will remain open but also will be able to display the information related to the selected alarm.
