Description

To compare the MasterTable correctly, the user needs to be able to provide a label for the conditions when providing the Wiggle Files in the main interface. This allows the labelling of the visualizations and also the comparison with the correct TSSs.

All the Issues are fully implemented on branch 60-comparing-TSS-with-corresponding-condition-of-MasterTable

@habicht12 is the last issue also done?
