Look Ahead not working with Intel MediaSDK 2022Q2 Release - 22.4.4 #2960

Can't use anymore ffmpeg option -look_ahead 1

Describe the expected behavior

It was working with media stack 21.3.5 prebuild binaries Same ffmpeg, just a diffrent build.
