What does this mean for the MSDK GPU Runtime needed by oneVPL dispatcher to support legacy GPUs? Is that no longer supported, too?

FYI: @dbermond, @jbeich, @sebastinas, @sndirsch, @tjaalton, please, pay attention on the plans to discontinue legacy msdk project.

@daleksan : I strongly suggest that besides PR you need to create a public issue and provide more detailed description before people started to ask questions what exactly is and is not EOL. For example, does VPL continues as successor of mediasdk? Will legacy platforms be supported by VPL or support fully stopped? I also suggest tat such announcements should be pinned with github UI.
