Running Flink streaming fails #427

Hello,

I am trying to read the generated data which is sent to Kafka through Flink, however, it fails. I checked the log in Flink Dashboard, it states the following:

org.apache.flink.runtime.jobmanager.scheduler.NoResourceAvailableException: Not enough free slots available to run the job. You can decrease the operator parallelism or increase the number of slots per TaskManager in the configuration. Could someone please help me in this regard.

Thank you.

As the log said, there is not enough slots to support the problem to run. (1) Use the Flink List command to see if any other Flink programs occupy slots (2) You can check the Flink cluster's conf file: flink-conf.yalm, the configuration parallelism.default must >= Hibench.streambench.flink.parellelism
