Just updating a couple of minors on the Gaudi Training for LLaVA-Gemma

• Update requirements LLaVA-Gemma/requirements-gaudi.txt
• Adding a couple of variables to LLaVA-Gemma/scripts/v1_5/pretrain_gaudi.sh to make it easier to change parameters with env variables
• Update README.md for LLaVA-Gemma
• Adding a docker file with Gaudi example
