Merging updated ABSA solution into master.

Changelog:

Inference (classification) now uses spacy parser as well (instead of BIST)
Move all solution code to new solutions dir location
Tested UI with new model download URLs
Improved instructions in ABSA Solution README (added link to README in RST docs)
