Finally this one sees light of day on external GitHub. I have done unit testing at multiple levels and only the allocator stats part is failing which I am hoping Luis can fix. How stable the branch is overall will be more obvious with application testing which I am relying on you guys to do while I am out. Philip has reviewed most of the code but I suggest all of you scan through it. There are some improvements that can be done. I will point those out in issues that we can address later.
