Needs be able to localise OpenLauncher! XD

I have moved all the UI strings to a resource file now. This just leaves some internal ones which I will later.

For now, you can PR changes to this file: https://github.com/IntelOrca/OpenLauncher/blob/master/src/openlauncher/Properties/Resources.ko.resx
