I was doing the puzzle in the room 213 (without a weapon to dispose of the lickers beforehand) I sneaked around them to engage the panel whilst they were walking away. After me pressing the buttons I saw that my character model was gone and the camera was stuck. And the lickers tried attacking something in the far right corner, presumably me.
