What happened?

In room 218, when shooting a dog with some weapons:

Magnum
Rocket launcher
Shotgun E at point blank
Assault Rifle on second consecutive shot
Mine Thrower on direct hit

game crashes. Other room (402) containing dogs in this seed works fine without crashes.
