What happened?

Like 3 rooms into the seed I got to the area in the lab where Ada's fall death happens. I placed the fuse, and headed down the red bridge, cutscene starts, all of RE3R Carlos's voices are playing, and a bodyless Ada appeared. Note I had both Ada's turned off as NPC's so it was pretty bizarre. Didn't include a save since it was pretty much right at the start of the rando. Untitled

I wasn't able to reproduce this. Carlos was there, not Ada and the cutscene played correctly.
