What happened?
Got stuck in cutscenes at the start and the end of the first Ada section of Leon A.
Playing as Alfred but got swapped to Kendo (RE2 Original) during both cutscenes. Kept walking around in circles during the cutscene before you swap to Ada. Speeding up the game seemed to fix it after a minute or two. Got stuck walking into the metal shutter during the cutscene at the end of Ada section. Not fixed by speeding up the game for a couple of minutes nor by teleporting into the room again.
