What happened?

Randomizer made the main Hospital Street 2 connected to Cable Car (417:0 to 20C:1), and then Cable Car to RPD Stars Corridor (20C:0 to 119:0). Getting back from this point triggers the Hospital explosion, making it impossible to get over it
