I started a new randomized game on Resident Evil 3, I turned off random doors but kept everything else random. I was Annette RE2R and I had just left the warehouse at the start. I got attacked by a drain deimos and then the game crashed. That's pretty much what happened. I didn't even get a chance to take any action against it. I am not sure if there is an issue regarding playing as Annette RE2R and being attacked by the bows, but it might be worth looking into.
