Provides

New: xgb_mb_cpu_config_shap.json with a number of workloads (mostly generated data) for SHAP value calculations
Updates to xgb_mb.py: Calculate and time SHAP value calculation both in native XGBoost and in daal4py
New: model_builder_report_gen_config.json: A better report generator config that includes all required headers for correct report combinations
