Connection Error | Intel LiDAR L515 #84

The camera is connected. but still shows Connection Error. I'm using Intel RealSense Viewer with no problem.
Need to help Thanks

I don't think realSenseID is supposed to work with the l515

OK, sad news... is there any plan to support the L500 series?

I'm not with intel, but I wouldn't think so. The l515 is 3+ times the price of the F455 and lacks the mysterious "secure element". That said, I'm sure you could build a similar system for the l515.

RealSense ID viewer only works with F450/F455. Realsense Viewer works with L515. Please download RealSense viewer at: https://www.intelrealsense.com/sdk-2/#sdk2-tools
