Bonjour , je suis Français et ne parle pas anglais . J'ai 64 ans et débute complètement cette nouvelle activité. Je pratique l'imprimante 3D depuis juin et j'arrive à être performant avec Freecad et Elegoo Neptune 2 J'ai acheté une caméra intel D430 et réussi à charger l'application et faire fonctionner la caméra avec #Intel.RealSense.Viewer# Mais après avoir fait plusieurs réglages , je me suis apperçu qu'il y avait de l'ombre dans l'application #Intel.RealSense.Viewer# .... Impossible de remettre comme au début ...Voir image jointe, c'est un livre debout . En vert le livre photographié en rouge c'est l'ombre . En faite il y a de très nombreux réglages , et malheureusement je n'ai pas enregistré de sauvegarde......

J'ai cherché .... Rien de concluant ... J'ai vu qu'il fallait calibrer la caméra ... Enfin pour finir comme je suis débutant je ne sais pas par ou commencer

Avez vous, si possible, des tutos vidéo pour débuter et pour les paramétrages que je puisse progresser

J'ai l'impression que c'est compliqué

Translation: Hello, I am French and do not speak English. I am 64 years old and starting completely this new activity. I have been using 3D printing since June and I manage to be efficient with Freecad and Elegoo Neptune 2

I bought an Intel D430 camera and managed to load the app and operate the camera with Intel.RealSense.Viewer. But after making several adjustments, I realized that there was shadow in the Viewer. It is impossible to put back to the beginning. See attached image, it's a book standing. In green the book photographed in red is the shadow. In fact there are many settings, and unfortunately I don't have recorded backup.

I searched. Nothing conclusive. I saw that the camera had to be calibrated. Finally to finish, as I am a beginner I don't know where to start Do you have, if possible, video tutorials to get started and for settings so that I can progress. I feel like it's complicated. Thanks in advance.

Hello Yves, images sent by email do not appear on the web-page, unfortunately. They need to be added by inserting them into the comment box.

You can reset the Viewer to its default settings by clicking on the gear wheel icon in the top corner of the Viewer window and selecting Settings from its menu. This opens the Settings interface.

Click on the General tab and then click the Restore Defaults button, followed by the Apply button.

In regard to video tutorials, there are a large number of them on the official YouTube RealSense channel at the link below.

Bonjour Yves, les images envoyées par email n'apparaissent malheureusement pas sur la page web. Ils doivent être ajoutés en les insérant dans la zone de commentaire.

Vous pouvez réinitialiser la visionneuse à ses paramètres par défaut en cliquant sur l'icône de la roue dentée dans le coin supérieur de la fenêtre de la visionneuse et en sélectionnant Paramètres dans son menu. Cela ouvre l'interface Paramètres.

Cliquez sur l'onglet Général, puis cliquez sur le bouton Restaurer les paramètres par défaut, suivi du bouton Appliquer.

Concernant les didacticiels vidéo, il en existe un grand nombre sur la chaîne officielle YouTube RealSense au lien ci-dessous.
