Failed to register the public key in Surfshark #13405

I'm trying to set my router up for WireGuard VPN. I need to get a Public Key, which I did 3 times now. Everytime I go to set up the connection and enter the Public key I get this error. "Failed to register the public [key"]([url](Screenshot 2024-10-08 005158))

This website you sent me doesn’t help. I’m on the Surfshark and when I enter the public key I get that error I described and posted a picture of. There was other explanation on the error and I can follow the instructions you sent me because I can get past this point.
