JetPack 4.6, including L4T 32.6.1, released in Jul. last year link, that we are really on top of previously in JetPack_4.6.1_baseline branch.
JetPack 4.6.1, including L4T 32.7.1, release Mar. 2022 just days ago link, that this PR is rebased on top of.
Previously this branch JetPack_4.6.1_baseline was actually on top of JetPack 4.6, I mixed the L4T version .6.1 with the JetPack version. With this PR, it will really be JetPack 4.6.1.
