Mobs won't spawn and armor stands don't work #284

Hello,

The problem with animals is they only spawn naturally,they don't spawn if you try breed them,if you use an egg or if you do /mob. You also cannot place armor stands. here is my config http://pastebin.com/DEgG4X67

I can't replicate either of these on a claimed plot. If you have been using an unclaimed plot, mobs aren't meant to be able to spawn there. ArmorStands are classified as LivingEntities and would also be prevented.
