Plotsquared:Single Generator - Pistons Do Not Move Blocks Above Version 6.9.1 #3903

Open jones6096 opened 1 year ago

Server Implementation

Paper

Server Version

1.19.3

Describe the bug

Using PlotSquared configured as a world per player pistons are unable to push blocks. Without a block in front of the piston it will extend and retract as normal. Following the standard PlotSquared setup defaults but using PlotSquared (Default Generator), pistons continue to work as expected without reverting the changes made to settings.yml

settings.yml changes from defaults 85) # Let players claim entire worlds with PlotSquared 86) worlds: true

Fresh server Paper 1.19.3 #367 (Latest as of report) FAWE 2.5.1 Snapshot #336 (Latest as of report) PlotSquared-Bukkit-6.10.5-Premium.jar (Latest as of report)

This issue seems to have been introduced in release 6.9.1 builds prior to that work as expected, and builds after that do not. Reverting to a working version restores functionality with no other changes being made.

Tested the following versions: 6.3 6.63 6.8.1 6.9.0 (working) 6.9.1 6.9.2 6.9.4 6.10.5 (not working)

To Reproduce

Fresh server setup current Paper, PlotSquared, and FAWE Snapshot

First server boot to generate config files and download requirements

Shut down server

Change line 86 of settings.yml to true (worlds: true)

Boot server

/plotsquared setup

Setup commands /plotsquared setup PlotSquared:single /plotsquared setup normal /plotsquared setup false /plotsquared setup TestWorld Setup Complete

/plot auto

Pistons with a block in front of them do not extend, while pistons with air in front do extend as expected

Expected behaviour

Pistons continue to behave as normal in a world per player setup
