An additional [integer] argument to /plot merge. This arg would be optional (defaulting to the max), and would determine how many plots you want to merge, starting from the one you are standing in.
Are there any alternatives?
If you happen to have several plots in a row and only wanted to merge 2 of them (for example), you can delete a plot in a row so it will not be merged beyond that.
Anything else?
I, as well as multiple friends commonly face the inconvenience of having to temporarily delete plots, or accidentally merging a single plot into an already merged plot and unlinking it only to realize the build on the merged plot has been divided by the road.
admittedly, it would be smarter to always keep a safer backup of my builds, but the implementation of this argument would save a lot of hassle, regardless.
