Converted `configuration` docs from asciidoc to markdown

Description

Converts the couple files at https://github.com/IntellectualSites/fastasyncworldedit-documentation/tree/main/sources/configuration to markdown and places them in a new configuration folder at https://github.com/IntellectualSites/documentation/tree/main/fastasyncworldedit/configuration
