Part 1 of the complete revision of the FAWE documentation.

Description

I'm working on expanding the wiki from time to time and going through earlier lists and doc versions accordingly. So no earlier information should be lost. Nevertheless, some files had to be relocated.

This is part 1 of the major overhaul. Further PRs will follow in the coming weeks/months.

The images were compressed with compressor.io.

I know the update is very big, but I would like to revise the complete documentation for FAWE (except the articles on the API / Development) with such PRs. Ideally, each FAWE command should have an article including image material (if possible). Please check the texts.
