Set icon for the nuget package #79

We don't have an icon. It would look better if we had one.

Any objection if we just use the blue/black one like what is on the web site? IntelliTect_Blue+Black

We do have an "avatar" as well if you are looking for something square of that resolution. See IntelliTect Logos in Marketing Team
