IntelliTect.AzureRM vs AzureManagement Modules #13

We currently have two modules, IntelliTect.AzureRM vs AzureManagement. We should either combine these or rename AzureManagement to use our standard convention. It seems to me, we don't need to have two but I am not certain?

Thoughts?

Andrew converted the AzureManagement so I'm not sure what is in it. The AzureRM has items specific to Resource Manager - I created it for the new items for creating a VM and configuring remote PS, but didn't really look at what else we had so I don't know the answer to this.
