What it says on the tin. Motion sensors are peripherals which detect moving entities nearby. Or just any entities nearby. Can be used for monitoring your base, sensing items your turtle needs to pick up, or for defensive applications.
Alternatively, we could have a camera which is unidirectional, able to accurately detect mobs and entities where it's facing. Or a more expensive omnidirectional varient, which can detect any entity in line-of-sight (maybe with less range?)
