Document the walking parameters #20

We have no clear understanding of the walking parameters. This needs to be documented in our wiki.

@GiorgosMethe and @chielk know a little bit about this, but are assigned to multiple projects at the time already. Whoever will work on this, can ask for their advice.

@nicko90 is there already some documentation for the wiki about which parameter does what? Anything that can make calibrating the walk more intuitive? Maybe from your project report?
