Document the current goalie behaviors #24

We have no idea how the behaviors, written in XABSL, work. The goalie behaviors should be documented.

This should be documented in the wiki.

During RoboCup 2013 Eindhoven, we saw that the behaviors are not as we want them. The team is going to redesign them. This is not necessary anymore.
