Define a project for next block #33

Because the RoboCup is during the last week of the project month, it's advisable for the master students to have their project with Arnoud. Come up with project ideas for yourself

So this is mainly for @nomader @GiorgosMethe @aukejw @chielk @camielv @nickog @pkok

I didn't call dibs, just named it as a possible project. Decisionmaking isn't really at a MSc level, unless you want to unleash some serious RL techniques on it.. and that'll be hard, considering the complexity of the behaviour.

I did the almost the same thing for my barchelor thesis. It could really be awesome such a coordination system to be implemented for the spl where the observations include so much noise.

Projects are divided:

@aukejw @chielk @nicko90 are doing "Autotune walking parameters".
@camielv @GiorgosMethe @SanderNugteren and @pkok work on a dynamic visual compass.
