Test penalty keeper behaviour #62

Almost worked for the first round of penalties. It did localization check, but after that it did dive. We are still unsure if this was random or based on ball position. After that it was also in the wrong state most times and just started walking.

After first dive, it got up and prepared for another dive. Issue is that it was facing the completely wrong way; should look into fixing this and whether it's important.
