Bgr hotfix #61

I fixed the pixel error that we were having earlier as well as subscribed to the raw camera image topic for pixel coloring purposes.

I'll have to figure out why Travis CL fails, this build passes on my end.

EDIT: Realized I pulled this into the original repo, not the fork. My bad, I apologize massively for this.
