Look into migrating to vaultwarden for password manager #103

At the moment, it isn't very easy to give someone access to our passwords. We don't have also different access levels, depending on the user type. Vaultwarden is a Rust implementation of Bitwarden that could help with that. We can self-host it too.

SSO was not a success, due to conflicts in the 'profile' and 'email' scopes used by keycloak. We want to run this: https://github.com/bitwarden/directory-connector As a cronjob in kubernetes, to regularly sync our LDAP directory to the vaultwarden user db
