PCs are slow to start up sometimes #29

PCs in the IA room sometimes take ages to start up.

This might be because the DCs are slow to respond. During a quick check it seemed like some updates failed and it got stuck on that, so maybe WSUS needs a thorough cleanup or something. More investigation needed.

WSUS was reinstalled hopefully taking away a lot of the slowness in boot. I also set startup scripts to run asynchronously, because some PCs seemed to hang on the Chocolatey installer, however this seems to crash the scripts. More investigation needed.
