Api user exists #101

Change the API such that it also supports the django-usernames instead of only the SAML and RADIUS backend username. This is needed for amelie for custom usernames in alexia.

I think it is not used, but still, a check is needed for both the local username and the SAML username then as to how it was implemented. (Even though I have no clue why just taking the local username wouldn't work..)
