It doesn't work #11

Install plugin and decoder dlls

copy decoder plugin and VTM decoder dll into plugin directory: ....VLC\plugins\codec\

I have coppied libvvcdecoder_plugin.dll and libvtmdec.dll to there, and it doesn't play files encoded with kvazaar (https://github.com/ultravideo/kvazaar). Tried extensions .266, .vvc. It doesn't work. What is wrong?
