Reported by eagle on 15 Dec 2008 01:03 UTC makehistory uses QIO to read overview information after sorting, which imposes a length limit on the lines. Other parts of INN may accept messages with a longer References header than this limit, leading to problems when rebuilding overview.

Related to #138 (that limit was increased in INN 2.6.4 from 8KB to 32KB).
