Changed fido7.ru domain to fido7.org #213

fido7.ru domain was expired and taken by unknown person, so the real domain for fido7 newsgroups owner is fido7.org.

Last time a control article was sent for fido7.*, it was in 2013. Is it planned to send control articles again? Incidentally, the old PGP-2 key used for fido7.* should be changed to a more modern one. Current GnuPG versions do not validate it...

Note that your patch should be reassigned to https://github.com/rra/control-archive where control.ctl comes from. OK for moderators though.

On http://www.fido7.org/index.html.en I read "checkgroups control article is issued automatically on 15th of each month". It seems to no longer work :-/

Yes, the PGP key should be renewed with GPG and the checkgroups crontrol message should be also fixed. I wrote mail to the current ddt.demos.su/fido7.org administrator and waiting for his answer about the fido7 hierarchy problems.

I've applied the control.ctl changes to https://github.com/rra/control-archive and updated the control.ctl file used by ftp.isc.org.

As for moderation, have the moderators.isc.org entries been updated for all the moderated fido7.* newsgroups?

I'm wondering whether it is better to update the entry in the INN moderators file (which will have to be manually updated by news admins) or just drop it and therefore let moderators.isc.org handle the right addresses to use (which does not need manual changes by each news admin when they do not have a hierarchy-specific entry in the moderators file).

moderators.isc.org doesn't track moderators for fido7.*. If any messages are sent there, they're just bounced. (Long-standing setup, I think dating back to tale.) We could potentially change that, but it would require someone notify us every time moderated groups are added or removed in that hierarchy (which admittedly isn't often, it seems like), and ideally we'd have the actual moderators listed rather than another forwarding relay.
